Up and running in four steps.

Install ClearWrite from the App Store.
Open Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard → ClearWrite.
Turn on Allow Full Access.
In any app, hold or tap the 🌐 key to switch to ClearWrite.

Which apps does ClearWrite work in?

Any app where you can type: Messages, Mail, Notes, WhatsApp, Slack, and more. It's a keyboard, so it goes wherever your text goes.

Is my text private?

On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, free rewrites run on the phone and your text stays there. Pro's Cloud AI and iPhones without Apple Intelligence send text to our cloud model to rewrite it.

Why does it ask for Full Access?

ClearWrite needs Full Access to run rewrites and translations from the keyboard. You can change it any time in Settings.

Is ClearWrite free?

Yes, it's free to download. Free includes unlimited on-device rewrites, 20 cloud rewrites and 10 translations a month. Pro removes the limits.

Does it work on iPad, Mac, or Android?
